    What a day Empty What a day

    First I was able to make an 8 mile trip this morning on my bike.  That was the length of half my future trip.  I will keep training as there is still a lot to be prepared for.

    Later in the day we grabbed our 3 bikes and made a quick trip to Carbon Canyon trail.  I got to show my kids the trial I use to ride.  We only did maybe a mile but it felt good to be back there again.  Looking forward to the next trip.
