    I have done a lot of camping as a kid.  And cooking outside there is just something about that makes food better.  I have not really got into cooking over a campfire.  If I do this would be a great place to start out.  Anyone try a camp Tripod cooker before like this.

    I like the way its setup. So small an compact, of course the sticks used to hold it up could come in contact with the flame if you think about it. Here are some more details on it through Amazon

    Thats what I was thinking.  Ordered one anyway, will see how it works. I can use rebar if the wood keeps catching on fire.

    Found three old oak sticks. Didn't want green ones to see if they would catch on fire.
    Built a small fire to boil some water. It worked, took some time due to my fire building skills. Wind could cause problems. In the future I would probably use it as a backup or to entertain the grandchildren.

    Dude that is great thanks for sharing this. I think I will need one soon as well. I was planning to post some details of good fire making as well. This will be a good Segway
